Cisco Issues Advisory for WebEx Security Flaws

The five vulnerabilities could allow an attacker to remotely execute arbitrary code on the system of a targeted user.

Cisco has issued a security advisory for multiple vulnerabilities in the Mac OS X, Windows and Linux versions of its WebEx software, reports V3.co.uk. Versions of the software prior to T27LC SP22 and T27LB SP21 EP3 are vulnerable.

According to the advisory, the five vulnerabilities could allow an attacker to remotely execute arbitrary code on the system of a targeted user.

So far, there have been no reports of attacks in the wild. Users will receive the update automatically.
